报告使用复方中药制刑“止孕Ⅰ号”终止小白鼠早期妊娠后其卵巢和子宫的组织学变化。结果表明:复方止孕Ⅰ号可使怀孕2天和怀孕6天的小白鼠的卵巢黄体萎缩退化,子宫蜕膜化消失,起到终止早期妊娠的效果。这提示复方止孕Ⅰ号抗着床、抗早孕的作用是通过破坏胚胎早期生长的正常环境,致使死亡的胚胎组织在子宫内被吸收。对早期妊娠小白鼠有较好的抗着床,抗早孕效果,为今后临床上推广使用复方中药制剂终止早孕提供了进一步的实验证据。
Reported that the use of compound Chinese medicine to make the sentence “Zizhu I” to terminate the histological changes in the ovary and uterus after the early pregnancy in mice. The results showed that: Compound Zhizhuo I can degenerate the luteal corpus luteum atrophy and the decidualization of the uterus disappeared in 2 days of pregnancy and 6 days of pregnancy. This suggests that the anti-implantation compound anti-pregnancy I, the role of anti-pregnancy is to destroy the normal environment of early embryonic growth, resulting in dead embryo tissue is absorbed in the uterus. The early pregnancy mice have better anti-implantation and anti-pregnancy effects, providing further experimental evidence for the clinical use of compound Chinese medicine preparations to terminate early pregnancy.
