目的 :观察双冲击 ( MEDRON,CTX)疗法治疗活动性小血管炎肾损害的临床疗效。方法 :对 1 2例显微镜下型多血管炎 ( MPA)、2例韦格纳肉芽肿病伴严重活动性肾血管炎及 2例少免疫性坏死性新月体肾炎患者采用甲基强的松龙、环磷酰胺双冲击并联合糖皮质激素治疗。结果 :完全缓解 8例 ( 5 0 % ) ,部分缓解 6例 ( 37.1 % ) ,死亡 2例 ( 1 2 .5 % )视为无效 ,总有效率达 87.5 %。结论 :双冲击疗法能有效控制血管炎活动 ,改善肾功能。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of double impact (MEDRON, CTX) therapy on renal damage of active small vessel vasculitis. Methods: One hundred and twenty-two cases of microscopic polyangiitis (MPA), two cases of Wegener’s granulomatosis with severe active renal vasculitis and two cases of autoimmune necrotizing crescentic glomerulonephritis were treated with methylprednisone Dragon, cyclophosphamide double impact and glucocorticoid treatment. Results: Completely relieved in 8 cases (50%), partially relieved in 6 cases (37.1%), and died in 2 cases (12.5%) were considered as ineffective with a total effective rate of 87.5%. Conclusion: Double shock therapy can effectively control vasculitis activity and improve renal function.
