目的:建立毛细管气相色谱法检测人参中有机氯农药残留的方法。方法:采用CP-SIL 24CB弹性石英毛细管柱,初始温度120℃,保持2min,以5℃/min升至200℃保持10min,以2℃/min升至220℃保持2min,以8℃/min升至250℃保持19min及63Ni电子捕获检测器检测,外标法计算含量。结果:12批次人参中六六六与五氯硝基苯均有不同程度的残留,但并未检出滴滴涕。结论:本实验建立的色谱方法可用于人参粉中有机氯农药残留量的测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of organochlorine pesticide residues in ginseng by capillary gas chromatography. METHODS: CP-SIL 24CB elastic quartz capillary column was used. The initial temperature was 120 ℃ and kept for 2min. The temperature was raised to 200 ℃ for 10min at 5 ℃ / min. The temperature was raised to 220 ℃ at 2 ℃ / min for 2min. To maintain at 250 ℃ 19min and 63Ni electron capture detector detection, external standard method to calculate the content. Results: Twelve batches of Ginseng had a certain degree of residues in both BHC and PCNB, but no DDT was detected. Conclusion: The chromatographic method established in this experiment can be used for the determination of organochlorine pesticide residues in ginseng powder.
