对曲轴模锻生产中出现的飞边厚度不均匀现象进行了分析,发现曲轴锻件飞边厚度值基本上呈抛物线分布,曲轴中间部位的飞边厚度处于抛物线的顶点,期间可能有一些波动,产生波动的原因与模具的局部结构有关。并从模具和锻件的结构设计、模具的弹性变形、错移力的平衡及导向和制坯工序四个方面分析了引起飞边厚度不均匀的原因,提出了相关解决方案,以改善锻件飞边厚度不均匀性。
The phenomenon of non-uniform thickness of the flash in the production of crankshaft forging was analyzed.
