领导者在实际领导活动中必然进行决策,但对此有个自觉性和自觉的程度如何的问题。决策意识的内涵应当包括这几个方面:一是自觉意识到决策是领导的最根本职责,明确决策的重大意义;二是对自己作出的决策有着重大的历史感、责任感;三是学习把握决策科学化、民主化的决策理论,总结决策经验,提高决策水平的自觉性。领导者是否具有决策意识,以及具备的程度如何,同他对决策的认识,对时代特点的认识和对领导本质的理解有直接关系。现
