新形势下,集约化经营、规模化发展将成为今后一个时期我国道路客运发展战略的主要取向。对并购企业进行人力资源整合有利于降低并购成本,提升并购价值,为并购企业的长远发展提供竞争力。目前的人力资源整合与管理并不足以配合企业整体战略化并购的需要,建议从转变观念,完善体制,坚持激励相容的原则三个方面进行改进。
Under the new situation, intensive management and large-scale development will become the main orientation for the development of China’s road passenger transport in the coming period. Merger and acquisition of human resources business mergers and acquisitions will help reduce the cost and enhance the value of mergers and acquisitions, mergers and acquisitions for the long-term development of enterprises to provide competitiveness. At present, the integration and management of human resources are not enough to meet the needs of the overall strategic M & A of enterprises. It is suggested that improvements should be made in three aspects: changing concepts, perfecting the system and insisting on the principle of incentive and compatibility.
