“授人以鱼,不如授人以渔”。被新闻媒体誉称为“授渔工程”的广东省关工委举办的山区农村青年创业培训班,从2002年秋到今年6月底,全省51个山区县(市)采取省、市关工委联办和市、县关工委联办的形式,举办创业培训班97期,共培训学员9000多名。经过培训的学员,进一步增强了在山区农村创业的信心和决心。不少学员反映,正当面临“升学无望、就业无门、致富无方”的困惑之际,参加了关工委举办的创业
