为深入贯彻《国务院办公厅关于做好城市排水防涝设施建设工作的通知》精神,全面落实国务院补齐城市排水防涝能力“补短板”的工作部署,做好2017年汛期安全度汛工作,日前,住房城乡建设部依据《城镇排水与污水处理条例》,首次以通告形式公布了全国城市排水防涝安全责任人及3619个重要易涝点责任人名单,以严格落实城市人民政府排水防涝工作主体责任。通告要求,各责任人要切实履行城市徘水防涝工作职责,加强汛前检查和日常管理,做到责任到岗、到人;对于汛期玩忽职守、工作不力造成人员伤亡和重大财产损失的责任人,要依法追究责任。
