用神经网络方法提高雷电单站定位精度

提出了利用神经网络理论提高雷电单站定位精度的新算法。该算法在“雷电单站定位方法”专利的基础上，利用雷电多站定位结果，提高了单站定位精度。

A new algorithm to improve the positioning accuracy of single-station lightning using neural network theory is proposed. Based on the patented “lightning single station location method”, this algorithm improves the single station location accuracy by using the multi-station location results of lightning.
