阴道炎是妇产科常见病、多发病。以往采用一般药物治疗容易复发,难以收到满意效果。尤其是细菌性阴道病,在异常阴道排液的妇女,患病率为43.3％,治疗中却缺少有确切疗效的抗生素。为了寻找新的治疗办法,我院自1998年3月至1998年12月对上述疾病(祖国医学统称为带下病,辨证多属于湿热下注型及热毒型),采用中西医结合治疗,效果良好,现介绍如下。1 资料与方法1.1 临床资料 妇科门诊就诊者,根据病史、妇科检查、显微镜检诊为真菌性、滴虫性、老年性阴道炎及细菌性阴道病患者共120例。年龄23～63岁,均否
