时下,“房奴”一词流传火热,它是指用每月收入的三分之一以上供贷款的买房群体。“居者有其屋”是许多中国人的梦想。为了实现这个梦想,他们从20- 35岁的年龄开始买房,然后供房贷花上10-30年,大部分人几乎要供到四五十岁甚至退休为止。这些人成为名副其实的房子的“奴隶”。在北京、上海、广州、青岛等城市,“房奴”越来越多。因为这一群体本身经济能力有限,不少人必须依靠父母的资助才能买房,不知不觉地,老年人在“房奴”现象中不得不扮演着重要的角色。
Nowadays, the term “house slave” spreads hotly. It refers to the group of buyers who borrow more than a third of their monthly income for loans. “Home Ownership” is the dream of many Chinese. In order to realize this dream, they started to buy a house from the age of 20-35 and then spent 10-30 years on their mortgages, most of them for almost four or five years of age or even retirement. These people become real “slaves” of the house. In Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Qingdao and other cities, “Housing slave” more and more. Because of the limited economic capacity of this group, many people must rely on their parents’ funds to buy a house. Unconsciously, the elderly have to play an important role in the “house slave” phenomenon.
