银枣1号是从靖远小口枣自然实生后代选育的鲜食制干兼用枣新品种。果实近圆形,平均单果重26.5 g,最大单果重37.8 g,红褐色;果肉浅绿色,肉质细,风味浓甜微酸,品质上等;可溶性固形物含量27.00%,维生素C含量1 453.80 mg/kg,鲜枣水分含量66.80%,可食率95.40%,制干率52.00%;在甘肃省白银市,果实10月上旬成熟。2013年1月通过甘肃省农作物品种审定委员会认定。
Yin jujube 1 is from Jingyuan small mouth jujube natural selection of fresh offspring stem and new varieties of jujube breeding. The average fruit weight was 26.5 g, the maximum single fruit weight was 37.8 g, reddish brown; the flesh was light green, the meat quality was fine, the flavor was slightly acidic and the quality was superior; the soluble solid content was 27.00%, the vitamin C content was 1 453.80 mg / kg, jujube moisture content of 66.80%, edible rate of 95.40%, drying rate of 52.00%; in silver city of Gansu Province, the fruit mature in early October. January 2013 through the Gansu Province Crop Variety Approval Committee.
