随着人们对柴油机废气中颗粒所含毒性的认识,减少颗粒对环境的污染,已成为现代柴油机工业发展中一个难度很大而又重要的课题。道依茨公司在多年研究车用柴油机炭烟颗粒滤清系统(DPFS)经验的基础上,与西门子公司合作,研究开发了供发动机厂试验中心用的全自动控制的炭烟滤清系统,并在科隆新发动机厂安装使用,取得极好效果。目前,该种系统已转入商品化生产。本文概要介绍了该种系统的特点及运行情况。
With people’s understanding of the toxicity of particles in diesel exhaust and reducing the pollution of particles to the environment, it has become a very difficult and important issue in the development of modern diesel engine industry. Deutz, based on years of experience in the research of DPFS for diesel engines for vehicles, has cooperated with Siemens to research and develop fully automatic control soot filtration system for the engine plant test center. In Cologne new engine plant installation, achieved excellent results. At present, this kind of system has been transferred to commercial production. This article provides an overview of the features and operation of this system.
