随着我国教育体质改革的不断深化,国家不断加大对职业教育的政策倾斜。更由于市场力量的推动,我国的职业教育已经引起了全社会前所未有的重视,中等职业学校学生是未来产业大军的中坚力量,因而其思想状况直接关系到我国未来产业工人的素质。中职学校学生道德教育工作是学校思想政治工作的重要组成部分,关系到学生的全面发展。但是当前,中职学校在学生德育方面还存在一些不足,需要进一步的认识和改进。因此,笔者拟对现阶段中职学校在学生德育方面出现的问题进行分析探讨,以寻找解决的对策。
With the continuous deepening of China’s education reform, the state has continuously increased its policy on vocational education. Moreover, due to the promotion of market forces, vocational education in our country has drawn unprecedented attention from the whole society. Secondary vocational school students are the backbone of the future industrial army, and their ideological status is directly related to the quality of the future industrial workers in our country. The work of moral education in secondary vocational schools is an important part of the school’s ideological and political work and relates to the all-round development of students. However, there are still some shortcomings in the moral education of vocational schools at present, which needs further cognition and improvement. Therefore, I intend to vocational schools in the current moral problems in students to analyze and discuss in order to find solutions to the problem.
