某地报载:某监狱邀请犯人亲属到监狱开展规劝活动,促使犯人伏法,早日改恶从善,云云。无独有偶,在一张本应是很讲究文字的专业报上,出现了“瓜田篱下,我跳进珠江也洗不清……”的词句每当这些字眼从报纸上“跳”出来,我总不敢相信自己的眼睛,继而定晴再看,明明白白写着“促使犯人伏法”、“瓜田篱下”,就只好承认这是事实。报纸,在社会分工中是专门以文字同广大读者“交谈”的工具,维护祖国语言文字的纯洁性,是它责无旁贷的事情。可惜有的笔者、编辑缺乏起码的勤奋,连词典都懒得查一下,就“促使”犯人去“伏法”——幸亏下面有句“早日改恶从善”,否则,还“生
