采用扁藻 (Platymonassubcordiformis)、小硅藻 (Nitzschiaclosterium)、叉鞭金藻 (Dicrateriazhanjian gensis)和等鞭金藻 (Isochrysisgalbana)四种海洋微藻在加入CrCl3 的培养液中培养 6天 ,经浓缩干燥后 ,用离子浓度分析仪测定铬在各微藻中的富集程度 ,结果表明 :在铬含量相同的培养液中 ,扁藻的铬含量最高 ,叉鞭金藻和小硅藻铬含量次之 ,等鞭金藻铬含量最低 ,而铬在小硅藻中的含量增加最大。在选用小硅藻加入不同浓度的铬的培养液中培养 ,培养液中添加CrCl3 的最适浓度为 2 0μg L。
Four marine micro-algae, Platymonasubcordiformis, Nitzschiaclosterium, Dicrateriazhanjian gensis and Isochrysis galbana, were cultured for 6 days in CrCl3 -containing culture medium. After concentrated and dried , The concentration of chromium in each microalgae was determined by ion concentration analyzer. The results showed that in the culture medium with the same chromium content, the content of chromium was the highest in Platymonas sp. The content of Chromium in Isochrysis galbanum is the lowest, while the content of Cr in Larvae is the largest. In the selection of small diatoms added different concentrations of chromium culture medium, the optimal concentration of CrCl3 added to the culture medium is 20μg.
