近年来,广东省广州开发区第一小学坚持“以人为本,和谐发展”的办学理念。同时,随着新课改活动影响的逐步深入,如何更好的发挥课堂教学的质量,构建适应学生特点,满足学生发展要求的课堂已经成为了当前小学教学管理工作的重点内容。笔者就和谐课堂构建谈几点浅见。
In recent years, the first primary school of Guangzhou Development Zone in Guangdong Province adhere to the “people-oriented and harmonious development” concept of running a school. At the same time, with the gradual deepening of the impact of the new curriculum reform, how to better exert the quality of classroom teaching, and to construct a classroom which adapts to students ’characteristics and meets the requirements of students’ development has become the key content of current primary school teaching management. I talk about the construction of a harmonious classroom a few humble opinion.
