目的：探讨微创治疗75岁以上老年外伤性重症急性硬膜下血肿患者的经验。方法回顾性分析沈阳军区总医院神经外科2010年1月至2013年12月共11例年龄超过75岁的外伤性急性硬膜下血肿患者采用微创手术的病例。结果11例患者手术均顺利完成，死亡3例，1例死于脑干功能衰竭，2例死于肺内感染。结论高龄外伤性急性硬膜下血肿患者选择微创治疗是一种有效方式，对于初始病情危重，病情快速进行性加重的患者，应选择开颅清除血肿。“,”Objective To investigate minimal invasive surgery for acute subdural hematoma patients over 75 years old.Methods From January 2010 to December 2013,11 cases of acute subdural hematoma patients over 75 years old operated by minimal invasive methode were selected from the Department of Severe Neurosurgery in the General Hospital of Shenyang Military Region,and a retrospective analysis was performed.Results 11 minimal invasive operations were performed successfully.One died for the failure of brain stem function.Two patients died for lung infection.Conclusions The minimal invasive surgery is an effective method for acute subdural hematoma patients over 75 years old.Decompression craniectomy should been choosen for severe acute subdural hematoma patients.
