目的探讨在急性有机磷农药中毒的急救中积极的护理措施对提高治愈率的影响。方法回顾性分析176例急性有机磷农药中毒的临床资料。结果经过积极救治与护理,176例急性有机磷农药中毒者中的168例治愈出院,治愈率95.5%;死亡8例。结论对急性有机磷农药中毒患者进行争分夺秒的抢救及采取积极的护理措施至关重要,可明显提高治愈率。
Objective To explore the impact of active nursing interventions in improving the cure rate in the emergency of acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning. Methods A retrospective analysis of 176 cases of acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning clinical data. Results After active treatment and nursing, 168 cases of acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning were cured and discharged, with a cure rate of 95.5% and 8 cases of death. Conclusion It is very important to rescue patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning in the race against time and take positive nursing measures, which can obviously improve the cure rate.
