本文探讨了在单波长分光光度计国产751-G上加装一可调挡光板,仅用一只样品吸收池直接进行双波长测定△A值的方法。可用于不经分离直接测定具有两组分重叠吸收光谱的混合物中某一组分的含量。对A_参值较高(在△A≈0.35时),A_测值达1.0以上的样品也可顺利测定。用本法对复方氨基比林注射液中的安替比林含量进行测定,模拟样品平均回收率为99.84%(n=9),变异系数小于0.28%,实测两批样品与文献比色法结果基本一致。
In this paper, the method of adding single adjustable wavelength plate to the domestic 751-G single-wavelength spectrophotometer and using only one sample absorption cell for direct determination of △ A value by dual wavelength is discussed.
