简要地介绍了金属材料的高温硫腐蚀的热力学、动力学问题以及金属材料的耐高温硫腐蚀性能。在阐述高温硫腐蚀的热力学时,除指明其重要性外,还简要地介绍了用计算机获得铁- 硫- 氧优势区相图的方法;在介绍高温硫腐蚀动力学时,着重阐述了高温硫腐蚀动力学边界线概念,指出在硫化- 氧化之间存在着硫化- 氧化转变区域;文中还介绍了金属材料耐高温硫腐蚀的性能,指出,难熔金属的化合物具有较为优异抗高温硫腐蚀性能。
The thermodynamic and kinetic problems of high temperature sulfur corrosion of metal materials and the high temperature sulfur corrosion resistance of metal materials are briefly introduced. It is pointed out that the refractory metal compounds have excellent high temperature sulfur corrosion resistance.
