企业的思想政治工作是确保企业改革发展稳定的关键。当下经济社会已进入新常态,人们的世界观、人生观、价值取向和行为方式也发生了巨大的变化。随着低油价成为新常态,油田企业深化改革全面推进,员工的心态发生了重大变化,给企业思想政治工作带来了新挑战。如何在低油价下做好企业员工的思想政治工作,笔者谈几点浅见。
The ideological and political work of enterprises is the key to ensure the stability of the reform and development of enterprises. The present economic society has entered a new normal, and people’s world outlook, outlook on life, values orientation and behavior patterns have undergone tremendous changes. With the low oil price becoming a new normal, the oilfield enterprises deepened the reform in an all-round way and the mentality of the employees underwent major changes that brought new challenges to the ideological and political work of the enterprises. How to do a good job under the low oil prices of ideological and political work of employees, I talk a few humble opinion.
