为探讨中度低氧对视动刺激诱发运动病的影响及其特点和规律,20名18~25岁的健康男性,按照“拉丁方”排列和“自身对照”法,进行了单纯视动刺激和低氧视动刺激试验。主要观察和记录了运动病症状及视动性水平眼震(OKHN)。结果显示:(1)低氧视动刺激(HOS)的运动病症状得分显著高于单纯视动刺激(OS)时的得分(P<0.001);(2)低氧视动刺激时的视动性水平眼震慢相速度(SPV)显著小于单纯视动刺激时(P<0.001)。这证明中度低氧能加重视动刺激诱发的运动病。此结果为航天运动病易感性的筛选提供了一个新的思路。
To investigate the effect of moderate hypoxia on the motion sickness induced by optic nerve stimulation and its characteristics and regularity, 20 healthy males aged from 18 to 25 years were treated with simple visual acuity stimulation according to “Latin square” arrangement and “self-control” method And hypoxia visual stimulation test. Mainly observed and recorded motion sickness symptoms and visual acuity level nystagmus (OKHN). The results showed that: (1) The symptom scores of motion sickness in hypoxic visual stimulation (HOS) were significantly higher than those in simple visual acuity (OS) (P <0.001); (2) The level of nystagmus slow phase velocity (SPV) was significantly lower than that of the simple optic nerve stimulation (P <0.001). This demonstrates that moderate hypoxia can aggravate optokinetic stimuli-induced motion sickness. This result provides a new idea for the screening of susceptibility to aerospace diseases.
