1.QZ964介绍OZ964是O2Micro公司研发的专用于背光控制的高效率零电压切换的DC-AC转换集成电路(IC),具有很宽的输入电压范围和固定的运行频率,其亮度可用一个模拟的电压或低频的脉冲宽度调制(PWM)信号控制。其内置灯管具有开路保护、过压保护、欠压切断保护等功能。OZ964采用20个脚SSOP封装。
