由中国矿业大学北京研究生部和招远金矿承担、北京矿冶研究总院参加进行的“全尾砂速凝固化胶结充填新工艺”,于1992年10月14日,在山东招远金矿通过了由中国黄金总公司主持的技术鉴定。新工艺使用可将浆液中高比例水凝结为固态结晶体的“高水速凝固化充填材料”作固化剂,利用矿山全尾砂浆制成料浆进行采场充填。这种固化剂由中国矿业大学北京研究生部研究成功,并已投入批量生产。鉴定会认为:该新工艺直接利用不分级全尾砂,充填料浆不脱水速凝固化,简化了充填工艺系统,
