目的:评价非创伤性治疗(ART)技术充填和窝沟封闭的效果及其可接受性,探索适合我国学校和农村开展龋病防治的方法。方法:采用德国EPSE公司生产的Ketac-Molar玻璃离子材料完成486颗受试牙的充填和窝沟封闭,治疗后1年、2年复查,记录ART充填体、封闭物及继发龋坏情况。结果:对295颗恒牙进行ART充填治疗,1年和2年成功率分别达95.7%及91.1%;191颗牙进行了窝沟封闭,3月、1年、2年成功率分别为95.2%、89.1%、78.8%;ART充填和窝沟封闭后2年继发龋发生率分别为2.1%和0.6%。ART治疗为91.1%的学生所接受。结论:ART技术操作简单方便,易学,成功率高,继发龋低,患者易于接受,可以培训中初级口腔卫生人员开展此项工作,适合于大规模地推广应用。
Objective: To evaluate the effect of non-invasive treatment (ART) filling and pit and fissure sealant and its acceptability, and to explore suitable methods for caries prevention in schools and rural areas of our country. Methods: Fetal filling and pit and fissure sealant of 486 test teeth were completed using Ketac-Molar glass ionomer manufactured by EPSE Company of Germany. One year and two years after treatment, the patients were reviewed and the records of ART fills, sealers and secondary caries were recorded. Results: 295 permanent teeth were treated with ART. The success rates at 1 year and 2 years were 95.7% and 91.1%, respectively. 191 teeth were closed in pit and fissure, and the successful rates in March, 1 year and 2 years 95.2%, 89.1% and 78.8% respectively. The incidence of secondary caries after 2 years of ART filling and pit and fissure sealant was 2.1% and 0.6% respectively. ART treatment was accepted by 91.1% of students. Conclusion: The technique of ART is simple and easy to operate, easy to learn, high success rate, low secondary caries, easy to accept patients, primary oral health personnel can be trained to carry out this work, suitable for large-scale popularization and application.
