The Second Session of the Second National People’s Congress approved the national economy plan of 1960, approved the state accounts of 1959 and the state budget of 1960, and approved Li Fuchun, vice premier of the State Council and director of the State Planning Commission, and Li Xiannian, vice premier and finance minister of the State Council on behalf of the State Council Report made.
