测定了阳离子型表面活性剂CTAB和阴离子表面活性剂SDS在磷酸缓冲溶液(pH=7.8)中的临界胶束浓度CMC将自行制备的数种作为SOD模拟物的Cu(Ⅱ)氨基酸络合物分别置于胶束体系中,在pH=7.8及(20.0±0.5)℃条件下,用细胞色素C法测定了其对超氧阴离子自由基O歧化反应的催化活性。实验结果表明:当Cu(Ⅱ)-氨基酸络合物置于胶束体系后,除少数例外,SOD活性大多有所提高,其中以CTAB所形成的胶束对于提高Cu(Ⅱ)-氨基酸络合物的SOD样活性作用最为显著。对实验结果作了初步探讨。
