矽肺的X线和病理诊断标准之间的差距是客观存在的。国内很多单位都作过大量工作,文献报道较多。关于铀矿工矽肺尸检工作国内起步较晚,邬立天等1986年发表了题为“九例铀矿矽肺病理初步分析总结”一文,是国内这方面唯一的一篇文章。本文收集了三例铀矿工矽肺X线胸片和病理材料,目的是采用X线和病理对比的方法,分析造成两者之间差距的主要原因;并通过三例材料的分析找出对临床矽肺X线诊断工作应该得到哪些有益的启示;同时对铀矿工矽肺结节大小的问题作初步探讨。
The gap between silicosis X-ray and pathological diagnostic criteria is objective. Many domestic units have done a lot of work, the literature reported more. On the uranium miners silicosis autopsy work started late, Wu Li Tian et al. Published in 1986 entitled “Nine cases of uranium silicosis pathology preliminary analysis,” a text, is the only one article in this area. This article collected three cases of uranium miners silicosis X-ray and pathological materials, the purpose is to use X-ray and pathological contrast method to analyze the main causes of the gap between the two; and through the analysis of three cases to find out the clinical silicosis X-ray diagnosis should be what beneficial enlightenment; the same time, the size of the uranium miners silicosis nodules for initial discussion.
