应用三维流动过程计算机模拟软件,研究首都钢铁公司板坯连铸机结晶器内的钢液流动过程。在此基础上模拟计算三种水口倾角对流动形态的影响,确定出在现有水口插入深度和拉速情况下,向下30°的倾角是较合理的设计方案。
Three-dimensional flow process computer simulation software was used to study the flow of molten steel in the mold of slab caster in Capital Steel. On this basis, the effects of three kinds of nozzle inclination on the flow pattern were simulated, and it was determined that the downward inclination of 30 ° at the existing nozzle insertion depth and pulling speed was a reasonable design.
