目的:分析强直性脊柱炎HLA-B27阳性与阴性患者与ASO、RF、C-RP与ANA测值的关系。方法:HLA-B27测定用补体依赖微量淋巴细胞毒法,ASO、RF、C-RP测定Arytyf 360特种蛋白分析仪。结果:AS患者中ASO和RF测定结果无明显增高(P>0.05),而C-RP和ANA测定结果均高于正常人(P<0.05)。结论:西宁地区AS患者体内C-RP和ANA测定值明显升高。
Objective: To analyze the relationship between ASO, RF, C-RP and ANA in patients with positive and negative HLA-B27 of ankylosing spondylitis. Methods: HLA-B27 was determined by complement-dependent microlymphocytotoxicity assay, ASO, RF, C-RP and Arytyf 360 specific protein analyzer. Results: The results of ASO and RF in AS patients showed no significant increase (P> 0.05), but the results of C-RP and ANA were higher than those in normal subjects (P <0.05). Conclusion: The measured values of C-RP and ANA in patients with AS in Xining area were significantly higher.
