MDI反应液中含有大量溶剂氯苯,需要进行浓缩,获得较纯的粗MDI。采用多个塔顺序提高MDI浓度,每个塔的分离纯度不同,其蒸发量与蒸发温度不同,采用模拟退火算法优化各个塔底出料浓度、操作压力和设备尺寸,同时考虑各个塔间的热集成,得到年度费用最低的工艺流程。
MDI reaction solution contains a lot of solvent chlorobenzene, need to be concentrated to obtain purer crude MDI. Multiple columns are used to increase the concentration of MDI.
