金融业对房地产业广泛而深入的参与，是我国房地产业得以健康发展的支柱。可以说，没有金融业的支持，房地产业就失去了造血机能。 随着我国住房制度改革和金融体制改革的深化， WTO的临近，中国的房地产业也将步入成熟与理性的发展阶段。金融业如何支持房地产业，同时使其自身得以长足发展，已成为业界共同关心的话题。 为此，本刊在“房地产金融”栏目推出“全国部分城市银行行长访谈”专题，由我刊记者采写专访或由银行行长撰写文章，共同探讨房地产金融问题，以期促进我国房地产金融业的健康发展。
