On June 27, 1958, the Provincial People’s Committee transmitted the notice of Provincial Politburo No. 585 that the letter 47 and No. 48 of the State Council transmitted that: On May 29, 1958, the 77th meeting of the plenary meeting of the State Council passed the decision to transfer Pixian, Daning two counties merged into Suining County, Huoxian, Fenxi two counties merged into Huo Fen County; revoked Yuci County, the original Yuci County administrative area classified Yuci City.
