文章主要论述了在施工项目管理中如何进行成本控制,阐述了成本控制存在的问题、成本控制原则以及如何采取措施进行成本控制,使施工管理符合成本控制目标要求。施工项目管理是为使项目实现所要求的质量、时间、成本所进行的全过程、全方位的规划、组织、控制与协调。施工项目成本控制,就是在完成一个施工项目过程中,对所发生的成本支出,有组织、有系统地进行预测、计划、控制、核算、考核、分析等,进行科学管理的工作,对生产经营所消耗的物质资源和费用开支,及时纠正将要发生和已经发生的偏差,把各项生产费用控制在计划成本的范围之内,保证成本目标的实现。笔者就如何在施工项目管理中进行成本控制谈谈看法。
