目的在对骨关节外伤患者进行诊断与治疗之中应用螺旋CT三维重建成像技术,并对其临床的应用价值进行分析与讨论。方法选取自2013年2月~2015年2月在我院进行治疗的骨关节外伤患者共计240例,在征得患者本人与其家属的同意后对其进行临床观察与研究。由护理人员对患者的重建图像资料与螺旋CT扫描结果进行收集与统计,应用平滑与超高算法得到具有着极高清晰度的图像,对患者的临床资料进行回顾与分析。结果经过CR、MPR以及SSD的三维重建后根据图像认为,240例患者均存在着骨折情况,并且能够准确并立体地对患者的病情进行展现。结论在对骨关节外伤患者进行诊断与治疗之中应用螺旋CT三维重建成像的技术具有着十分理想的临床应用效果与价值,值得在临床中对其应用并大力地推广。“,”Objective To joint trauma patients for diagnosis and treatment in the application of spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction imaging technology, and its clinical application value are analyzed and discussed. Conclusion In joint trauma patients for diagnosis and treatment of application of spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction imaging technology has the ideal ef ects and clinical application value, worthy of its application in clinical and vigorously promoted.
