建立现代企业制度是解决国有企业深层次问题的重要手段,是推进企业改革和发展的重大举措,也是国有企业改革的方向。为此,我们坚持改制与改革相结合、扬弃与创新相同步,通过制度创新、机制创新、管理创新,转换企业经营机制,提高企业经济效益,增强企业市场竞争能力。现将我们的基本做法介绍如下:
