目的:了解氯氮平在女性月经周期中代谢规律。方法:对36例首发住院,单一服用氯氮平治疗,月经周期规则的精神分裂症患者在月经后的第1、7、14和21天分别测定了氯氮平血药浓度。结果:血药浓度在月经后第1天最低,以后渐升高,第14天达到周期中的峰值,此后又渐下降。经依次t检验,血药浓度先低后升再降的幅度有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:这提示月经周期过程对氯氮平的代谢有显著影响,临床上应注意到这种变化,以便及时调整氯氮平的剂量,避免毒副作用的发生及病情反复
Objective: To understand the clozapine metabolism in female menstrual cycle. METHODS: Clozapine plasma concentrations were measured in 36 first-episode, single-dose clozapine-treated, menstrual-cycle schizophrenic patients on days 1, 7, 14 and 21 after menstruation. Results: The plasma concentration was the lowest on the first day after menstruation, then gradually increased, reached the peak value on the 14th day and then decreased gradually. The t-test followed by t-test showed that there was a significant difference (P <0.01) in the range of blood concentration before going up and then down again. CONCLUSIONS: This suggests that the menstrual cycle has a significant effect on the metabolism of clozapine and should be noted clinically so that the dosage of clozapine can be adjusted in time to avoid the occurrence of side effects and the repeated illness
