目的对经眶内侧壁入路的解剖结构有更深入的了解。方法通过对50具成人头颅标本的经眶内侧进路解剖的观察,测量了从Dacryon点至筛前孔、筛前孔至筛后孔、筛后孔至视神经孔的距离。结果从Dacryon点至筛前孔、筛前孔至筛后孔、筛后孔至视神经孔的距离分别为21.7(14.2~33.3)mm、13.8(6.9~26.7)mm、5.1(2.0~8.4)mm。从Dacryon点至上视结节的距离为37.68mm,并观察了筛前后神经血管束的走行情况。结论识别Dacryon点、筛动脉和上视结节等解剖结构对眶内侧进路手术有重要意义。
Objective To understand the anatomy through the orbital wall. Methods The distance from the Dacryon point to the anterior ethmoid hole, the anterior ethmoidal mesh to the posterior ethmoidal hole, the posterior ethmoidal hole to the optic nerve pore was measured by observing the orbital medial approach anatomy of 50 adult skull specimens. Results The distance from the Dacryon point to the anterior ethmoidal mesh, the anterior mesh to the posterior mesh, the posterior mesh to the optic nerve were 21.7 (14.2-33.3) mm, 13.8 (6.9-26 .7) mm, 5.1 (2.0 ~ 8.4) mm. The distance from Dacryon point to upper nodule was 37.68mm, and the movement of neurovascular bundle before and after screening was observed. Conclusion Identification of anatomical structures such as Dacryon point, stented artery and superior nodule is of great importance to the operation of the orbital approach.
