靠干劲创造实绩,河南省邓州市人武部部长殷明全先后被国家人事部、民政部和解放军总政治部授予“拥政爱民模范”,被河南省军区党委表彰为优秀党委书记、维护军人军属合法权益先进个人、党风廉政建设先进个人,还2次荣立三等功。今年6月26日,在济南军区召开的军分区、人武部建设工作会议上,邓州市人武部再次被军区表彰为先进人武部。
