脑钠素(Brain Natriuretic Peptide,BNP)是最近从猪脑内分离得到的一种生物活性多肽,它由26个氨基酸组成。BNP与心钠素(Atrial Natriuretic Polypeptide,ANP)在结构上有9个氨基酸不同,它们可能是来自不同的基因的表达产物,但都具有利钠、利尿和降血压作用。本文摘要报道应用高度灵敏和特异的BNP放免测定方法证明人脑组织和脑脊液(CSF)中存在BNP,并用高压液相层析法研究其分子形式的结果。 1、取不同量CSF进行RIA,结果表明CSF量越大,BNP—IR含量越高,且与BNP标准曲线平行。1份脑室液的BNP—IR含量为20.0Pg/ml,腰穿CSF的含量为14.4±1.0Pg/ml,脑室液含量高于腰穿CSF含量。
Brain Natriuretic Peptide (BNP) is a recently isolated from the brain of pig bioactive peptides, which consists of 26 amino acids. BNP and Atrial Natriuretic Polypeptide (ANP) are 9 amino acids in structure, they may be expressed from different genes, but all have sodium, diuretic and antihypertensive effects. This summary reports the use of a highly sensitive and specific BNP radioimmunoassay to demonstrate the presence of BNP in human brain and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) and to investigate its molecular form by high pressure liquid chromatography. 1, taking different amounts of CSF for RIA, the results show that the greater the CSF volume, the higher BNP-IR content, and BNP standard curve parallel. The content of BNP-IR in one ventricle solution was 20.0Pg / ml, while the CSF in lumbar puncture was 14.4 ± 1.0Pg / ml. The content of ventricular fluid was higher than that in lumbar puncture CSF.
