兴趣是学生学习主动性和积极性的源泉。学生自身特点与增强教学的生动性、趣味性具有契合的优势与特征。中学英语教师应充分把握英语教学的特点及中学生的年龄特点,深入钻研教材,优化课堂教学,创设有趣而生动的教学情境,全方位地激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣,使他们掌握好英语基础知识和基本技能,培养观察、记忆、思维、想象和创造能力,为他们的发展打下坚实的基础。
