为了对癌症这一特殊的慢性疾病建立电子计算机病案系统,进行有利于医院管理及临床治疗的初步探讨。我院于2001年采用统计软件SPSS10.0对河北省常见的发病率及死亡率最高的食管癌在我院住院手术患者的百余项指标录入微机。结果2002年1月至2003年12月在我院住院临床治愈的食管癌患者共计988例,发现患者的病案可以实施多信息开发利用,因此计算机管理病案前景十分广阔。
In order to establish a computerized medical record system for cancer, a special chronic disease, a preliminary discussion was carried out in favor of hospital management and clinical treatment. In 2001, our institute used the statistical software SPSS 10.0 to record more than one hundred indicators of inpatients with the highest incidence and mortality of Hebei Province in our hospital. Results A total of 988 cases of esophageal cancer patients who were clinically cured in our hospital from January 2002 to December 2003 were found. The patient’s medical records can be used for the development and utilization of multiple information, so the prospects for computerized medical records are very promising.
