本文用循环法测定了各药厂生产的共43批扑热息痛片的释放度,其中5批的释放度又用美国药典转蓝法进行比较。同时用狗作体内吸收试验,其结果体内吸收的达峰时与该二法释放50％所需时间有显著性相关,峰值与该二法释放累计百分曲线的斜率有显著性相关,循环法与转蓝法的体外释放度与动物体内吸收是具有一定相关的。
In this paper, a total of 43 batches of paracetamol tablets released by various pharmaceutical companies were determined by the cycle method.
