老党员黄长发在官园街道53名下岗党员中,含辛菇苦,不断探索,终于为下岗党员开拓了一条创业之路。今年53岁的黄长发,原在江西宜春市袁州区供销社什杂品公司担任过党支部书记,在烟花爆竹公司但任过经理。2002年下岗后,他跑过供销,做过生意,生产过精干麻产品……然而,在社会上闯荡了一阵子的他,这时才知道就业的艰难,生活的艰辛。
