目的:探讨IGF2与CD133蛋白在卵巢癌中的表达及意义。方法:采用免疫组化法检测IGF2与CD133蛋白在卵巢癌、卵巢良性肿瘤及正常卵巢组织中的表达,分析其与临床病理参数之间的关系。结果:卵巢癌组织中IGF2与CD133阳性表达显著高于卵巢良性肿瘤及正常卵巢组织(均P<0.05);在卵巢癌组织中,随着FIGO分期的升高及分化程度的降低,IGF2与CD133蛋白表达显著升高(均P<0.05),IGF2与CD133蛋白的表达呈正相关()。结论:IGF2与CD133蛋白的异常表达与卵巢癌的发生密切相关。
Objective: To investigate the expression and significance of IGF2 and CD133 in ovarian cancer. Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of IGF2 and CD133 protein in ovarian cancer, benign ovarian tumor and normal ovarian tissue. The relationship between IGF2 and CD133 protein expression and clinicopathological parameters was analyzed. Results: The positive expression rates of IGF2 and CD133 in ovarian cancer tissues were significantly higher than those in benign ovarian tumors and normal ovarian tissues (all P <0.05). In ovarian cancer tissues, with the increase of FIGO staging and differentiation, IGF2 and CD133 (P <0.05). The expression of IGF2 and CD133 protein were positively correlated (P <0.05). Conclusion: The abnormal expression of IGF2 and CD133 protein is closely related to the occurrence of ovarian cancer.
