2006年3月,十届全国人大四次会议、全国政协十届四次会议在北京召开。来自全国各地各行各业的人大代表、政协委员,齐聚北京,共商国是。房地产业作为国民经济的支柱性产业关系着国计民生,成为人大代表、政协委员和广大人民群众热议的焦点。全国“两会”期间,《城市开发》杂志在第一时间进行了系列采访,开通“热议两会”特别专题,特别邀请了相关代表和委员并组织业内专家共同围绕行业热点问题进行“对话”,旨在为促进我国房地产行业持续健康发展进言献策。这正所谓“海不辞水,故能成其大;山不辞土石,故能成其高”!
In March 2006, the Fourth Session of the Tenth National People’s Congress and the Fourth Session of the Tenth CPPCC National Committee held in Beijing.
