目的:观察TOMY自锁矫治技术对非拔牙矫治前牙反伴中度拥挤的疗效,探讨其在临床中的应用。方法:选取1例前牙反伴中度拥挤患者,诊断为安氏Ⅲ类亚类错、毛氏Ⅱ1+Ⅰ1类错、高角、面部不对称,应用TOMY自锁矫治技术非拔牙矫治,测量其治疗前后的头颅定位侧位片以及牙弓长度、宽度、牙槽骨宽度及基骨弓宽度。结果:矫治后患者上下颌牙列排齐整平,达到中性关系;矫治后SNA、SNB和ANB无明显变化,上前牙唇倾度增加10°,达到正常值;矫治后患者上下颌牙弓宽度、牙槽骨宽度、基骨弓宽度及牙弓长度均较矫治前有所增加。结论:临床上对于前牙反伴牙列中度拥挤非拔牙患者,可考虑采用TOMY自锁矫治技术,通过增加牙弓宽度和长度来改善前牙反牙列拥挤,以达到良好的矫治效果。
Objective: To observe the TOMY self-locking treatment of non-extraction treatment of anterior tibia with anti-congestion with moderate crowding effect, to explore its clinical application. Methods: One case of moderately crowded patients with anterior anterior crossbite was selected to diagnose Malignant class Ⅲ malocclusion and high malocclusion of type Ⅱ1 + Ⅰ, high angle and facial asymmetry. TOMY self-locking technique , Measured before and after treatment of the cephalometric flaps and dental arch length, width, alveolar bone width and width of the basement arch. Results: After orthodontic treatment, the maxillary and mandibular dentition were aligned and neoves to reach the neutral level. After correction, SNA, SNB and ANB had no significant changes, the inclination of anterior lip and lip increased 10 ° and reached the normal value. Bow width, alveolar bone width, arch width and arch length were significantly higher than before correction. Conclusions: For patients with moderately crowded and non-extracavitary teeth with anti-obliquity dentition in the anterior chamber, TOMY self-locking orthodontic treatment may be considered to improve crowding of anterior crossbite by increasing dental arch width and length so as to achieve good correction effect.
