目的：探讨双眼Coats病的临床特点和发病情况。方法：对7例双眼Coats病患者进行临床观察及治疗。结果：Coats病双眼发病较少（本组占11．7％），双眼病变多不平衡，病变较轻眼可不典型，位于颞侧周边，常无症状，可缓慢进展。结论：对Coats病患者检查双眼眼底和全身关联疾病实为必要。
Objective: To investigate the clinical features and incidence of binocular Coats disease. Methods: Seven patients with binocular Coats disease were observed and treated. Results: The incidence of Coats disease was less in both eyes (11.7% in this group). The lesions in both eyes were unbalanced. The lesser lesions were not typical. They were located in the periphery of the temporal area and were often asymptomatic and could progress slowly. Conclusion: It is necessary to examine both ocular fundus and systemic-related diseases in patients with Coats disease.
