According to the spirit of the document “Several Opinions on Deepening the Reform and Improvement of Talents and New Policies for the Development of Talents” (No. [2016] 14) issued by the Hangzhou Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Measures for the Implementation of New Measures for Providing Living Subsidy for Newly-Graduated Highly Educated Graduates in Hangzhou City, One-time living (or renting) subsidy (hereinafter referred to as living allowance) shall be paid to those who have graduated from Hangzhou in the previous full-time master's degree or above and returned overseas students.
